Hot Laps at Rocroi prior to Monza CER Race

We took our Charger to GTS Automotive's test site at Rocroi (F) in order to do a complete shakedown before Monza. Needless to say that we had a great day.

The Charger was brought to Rocroi by Erkrath Transporte. Their boss, Bernhardt Erkrath drove the truck himself and stayed with us for pit work througout the day. Björn Schmidt, who will also be on our Monza pit crew, came from the MOPARSHOP and did wonders on the car. Felix de Rouville, who had handled the Le Mans Classic grid 6 garage area, joined us for timing and team assistance duties. With such a great crew, all I had to do was doing well in the driver seat.
What a blast to drive our race car again on a track since Le Mans. The new front end setup from the MOPARSHOP is simply brilliant! I could let go the steering wheel at 140 mph without any problem. The bump steer is totally gone and now turning right is a easy as turning left! The HEMI sounds mean and all the ponies are there. Monza, here we come!
