Great 1976 Le Mans photos by Ron Zuehlke
Thanks to Dick Pierson's recent TV appearance on the Seattle local news, Ron Zuehlke had some memories coming back to him. Ron was at the Le Mans 24 Hours in 1976 and took these two excellent pictures of Hershel McGriff and the Dodge hurdling toward Dunlop. Thank you so much, Ron. I just love it when this whole story keeps growing thanks to contributions like yours!

Hello ..Wonderful pictures !! indeed !! thank you RON, the second picture is a rare one !..You can see OLY during the first or second lap of the race !!

Hi Christophe, Dick and crew. Love the new pics that keep turning up! I'm enjoying watching your story continue to unfold. I really would love to join you in France again, but it looks like circumstance will keep me stateside this time. All my best to you and the team and here's to some good racing luck! Carry on....

Hi Don,
since you already know Le Mans and Monza, why don't you try to come and see us at Silverstone in September.

Hello Christophe,
Well, old chap-that would be capital! Perhaps in jolly olde England then. It would be grand to hear the old Dodge at full chat again! Maybe we can catch up over a pint. Good to hear from you-take care.

Jolly good, Don! Let us have fish and chips, a pint or two and a cup of tea in Silverstone in September.

Very good then! Pray, tell me what of our friend the good Mr. Pierson? Will he be having a go of it as well?
